Psychological problems in the life of convalescent schizophrenia deserves attention.At present, the domestic study of patients with schizophrenia mostly concentrated in the field of medicine, By psychiatrists and staff with relevant professional knowledge, In the field of social workers involved in the study is relatively less. In order to solve the problem of lack of confidence in convalescent schizophrenia, the strengths perspective as a guide, through qualitative research methods to carry out work practice, and find problems existing in convalescent schizophrenia.By exploring survivors static superiority, develop the advantage of the dynamic and development state of advantage in service,for convalescent schizophrenia needs assessment, to explore the capabilities and advantages and the ability of patients, the value outlook, knowledge, and their families to support five aspects to carry on the intervention, through the analysis of the interviews, observation records and questionnaire before and after the experiment, draw the conclusion of the study.Through the intervention group work for 5 times, we found that the group work carried out under the guidance of the strengths perspective on mental split the intervention of the patients is feasible, the patient’s self-confidence has different degree of improvement and schizophrenia patients confidence ascension requires caused by social workers and the attention of the professionals. Through the use of strengths perspective, the use of dominant resources and the use of work skills using reflection, from social workers, community and social level recommendations, rich social work practice model,to provide professional advice for the future study of schizophrenia patients.
