Case Study On Promoting The Socialization Of Patients With Schizophrenia In Rehabilitation Period From An Advantageous Perspective

The modern society not only enables us to obtain rich material resources and spiritual enjoyment,but also brings us more troubles in life and great spiritual pressure.Mental illness presents an explosive trend in modern society.When schizophrenics are ill,they show a series of mental symptoms,such as auditory and visual hallucinations,which seriously affect their own social life and social disruption.When patients admitted to hospital for centralized quarantine treatment,through clinical intervention and drug control,schizophrenia patients’ mental symptoms disappear,patients need to return to society,return to society to continue the process of socialization is the process of the patients,the success of continue to socialization means patients return to society smoothly,they have already been the basic social,only need to be done in order to adapt to the current new situation and new role requires learning,but because of the weakening ability,lack of social skills,unfavorable external environment factors hindered the social and their in the long run,makes it derailed in society,always can’t to a normal life.From the perspective of social work practice,this study performed by the author in the internship organizations of the mental health social work services platform for practice,by observing the condition of the patients to participate in the activities of rehabilitation,and combined with questionnaire survey,interviews and other research methods,has fine convalescence patients with schizophrenia to real problems existing in the socialization and demand,on the basis of this case study selection criteria,take the initiative to contact 1 patients become a director of an organization,guided by the edge Angle,found signs of egotism advantage for a variety of channels,director itself and the environment advantages,to carry out the diversified forms of intervention,in combination with various interventional techniques,can use director to assign their own advantages,on the one hand,on the other hand link egotism environmental advantage resources,build favorable egotism continue to social environment,assist the director to obtain new behavior,promote the director to continue to socialization,the researchers to summarize intervention effect evaluation,thus case conclusion: social work intervention convalescence patients with schizophrenia have advantage,advantage perspective to promote rehabilitation schizophrenia patients with results continue to socialization.Finally,through the review of the experience of participating in the mental health social work service project and this case service,this paper summarizes the individual intervention strategy of the patients with schizophrenia in the convalescent period and the influencing factors of the continued socialization of the patients in the convalescent period,and puts forward some suggestions.In order to provide experience for the intervention of patients with schizophrenia in the future.
