Objective:To explore the relationship among self-acceptance,general well-being,interpersonal relationship,Meaning in Life,sense of coherence and depression and happiness in patients with schizophrenia;To investigate the effect of self-acceptance group therapy on patients with schizophrenia and to verify whether this therapy can be used as an effective psychological intervention in clinical treatment.Methods:In Study 1,the inpatients who met the diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia in DSM-5 were selected by questionnaire survey.800 questionnaires were distributed,and 543 were valid.In Study 2,108 patients in the rehabilitation period were selected by the method of grouping before and after the test(35 cases in the intervention group,34 cases in the control group and 39 cases in the baseline group).The patients in the baseline group only received drug treatment,the patients in the control group participated in 8 times of health education for schizophrenia on the basis of drug treatment,and the patients in the intervention group received self-acceptance group therapy on the basis of the intervention measures in the control group.Health education and group therapy were carried out 8 times for 40 days.In the third study,qualitative research was conducted on the patients in the intervention group and the control group through interviews.Results:1.The self-acceptance of hospitalized schizophrenics was significantly correlated with the Meaning in Life,interpersonal relationship,sense of coherence,and general well-being;The relationship between life meaning and interpersonal relationship and psychological congruence was very significant.The correlation between interpersonal relationship and general well-being was very significant.The correlation between sense of coherence and general well-being was very significant.The standardized regression coefficient of interpersonal relationship and Meaning in Life reached a very significant level,and the determinant coefficient R squared was 34.5%,indicating that interpersonal relationship and Meaning in Life were important predictors of self-acceptance.2.After receiving the self-acceptance group treatment,the self-evaluation factor,the total score of self-acceptance and the general well-being in the intervention group were significantly correlated,and the post-intervention score was significantly higher than the pre-intervention score;There were significant differences in communication disturbance factor,attitude disturbance factor,heterosexual interaction disturbance factor and total score of interpersonal relationship,and the score after intervention was significantly lower than that before intervention.In the interview,patients’ self-acceptance level,quality of life,emotional disorders and other aspects have been significantly improved.3.The interview results show that self-acceptance group therapy is beneficial,and patients generally believe that the group is warm and full of goodwill.In the activity,patients can look at themselves more objectively,reconcile with their past selves,tolerate their shortcomings,accept themselves more and more,and deal with interpersonal relationships more confidently.Conclusion:1.The self-acceptance of hospitalized schizophrenics was significantly correlated with the Meaning in Life,interpersonal relationship,sense of coherence,and general well-being.Interpersonal relationship and the Meaning in Life played an important role in predicting self-acceptance.2.Self-acceptance group therapy can significantly improve the level of self-acceptance,general well-being and interpersonal relationship in hospitalized patients with schizophrenia.3.In general,the intervention effect of self-acceptance group treatment was better than that of knowledge dissemination of schizophrenia,and the effect of knowledge dissemination of schizophrenia was better than that of drug treatment alone.
