Clinical Observation Of Zishenningxin Decoction In Kidney Yin Deficiency And Fire Hyperactivity Of Heart And Liver Type Of Hypomenorrhea

Objective:To observe zishenningxin Decoction in kidney yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity of heart and liver type of hypomenorrhea. To evaluat the therapeutic effect through the observation of the patients with menstrual volume, TCM symptoms, ovulation diameter and sex hormones and other situation improved. To Explore the mechanisms of menstrual improvion by zishenningxin Decoction.,provide the basis for clinical application, and explore the relationship between Ning Xin and Yin long by comparison with the Guijiaodihuang Decoction,verify the "heart (brain)-renal-uterine axis" theory of Professor Xia GuichengMethods:Choice 60 cases of hypomenorrhea patients in nanjing university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of jiangsu province Chinese medicine hospital outpatient service from January 2015 to December 2015, TCM is deficiency of kidney yin deficiency, heart and liver fire hyperactivity type. Divided these patients into two groups of 30 cases, the observation group was treated with Zishenningxin Decoction, the control group using Guijiaodihuang Decoction. The two groups start to take Chinese medicine from the fifth day of menstruation, monitor follicular development once every two days from the tenth days and stop taking after ovulation. Observe the improvement in menstrual volume, TCM syndrome, uterine endometrial thickness ovulation, follicular development and steroid hormone levels of the two groups before January and the first menstrual cycle after treatment and compare differences in efficacy between groups.Results:Total efficiency of the observation group is 93%, while the control group is 80%, observation group is better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Two groups all can significantly improve menstrual volume, but the observation group is better than the control group (P<0.05). Two groups all can significantly improve the TCM syndrome, but the observation group is better than the control group (P<0.05). Two groups were all able to significantly increase the diameter of the ovulatory, but the observation group is better than the control group (P< 0.05). Two groups were all markedly thickened ovulation endometrial thickness, but the observation group is better than the control group (P< 0.05); Two groups were all significantly elevated E2 levels, but the observation group is better than the control group (P< 0.05).Observation group can significantly reduce the PRL levels, but no significant changes in the control group. FSH, LH had no obvious change in the observation group and control group.Conclusion:Zishenningxin Decoction and Guijiaodihuang Decoction in the treatment of fire hyperactivity of heart and liver type of Hypomenorrhea patients can significantly improve the menstrual volume, TCM syndrome, ovulation diameter and ovulation endometrial thickness, increased E2 in the earlier follicular phase, but Zishenningxin Decoction is obviously superior to the Guijiaodihuang Decoction. Zishenningxin Decoction can reduce the level of PRL, and Guijiaodihuang Decoction had no the curative effect. On the one hand, the research shows that the curative effect is remarkable by the use of Yin nourishing method in the treatment of kidney yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity of heart and liver type of hypomenorrhea in the follicular phase;On the other hand,the study proves the function in the yin long by calming the mind and clearling liver fire,verifying the "heart (brain)-renal-uterine axis" theory of Professor Xia Guicheng.
