Clinical Observation On Qingxin Xiegan Decoction In Treatment Of Heart-liver Fire Hyperactivity Type In Children With Tic Disorder

Objective:The self-simulated Qingxin Xiegan Decoction and Changma Xifeng Tablets were used to treat the children with tic disorder of heart-liver fire syndrome,and the changes of YGTSS scales and TCM syndrome scale scores were analyzed and compared between the two groups of children,so as to explore the efficacy of self-dsimulated Qingxin Xiegan Decoction in the treatment of this disease,which can be used in clinic.Methods: A total of 70 children aged 4-14 years old who met the diagnostic criteria for tic disorder of heart-liver fire-exuberant syndrome,The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The treatment group was given self-simulated Qingxin Xiegan decoction,and the control group was given Changma Xifeng tablets.The course of treatment was28 days.By comparing YGTSS scale score and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of schemes on this disease was analyzed,and the research data was statistically analyzed by SPSS26.0.Results:1.Seventy patients were enrolled,and 5 cases fell off for some reason during the treatment.Finally,32 cases were left over in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group.2.Overall curative effect evaluation: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%,higher than the total effective rate of the control group 75.76%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.YGTSS score comparison: Intra-group comparison of YGTSS total score before and after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05),there was a significant difference,and inter-group comparison of YGTSS total score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.4.TCM syndrome score comparison: Intra-group comparison of the single scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment between the two groups showed that P<0.05 was significant difference in the treatment group,and P<0.05 for main symptoms and P >0.05 for secondary symptoms in the control group,indicating that the control group had a curative effect in the main symptoms,but not significant in the secondary symptoms.Compared between groups(P<0.05),the curative effect in the treatment group was better.Intra-group comparison of the total scores of TCM syndromes after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The total curative effect of Qingxin Xiegan Decoction on heart-liver fire-exuberant type tic disorder was better than that of control group;2.Qingxin Xiegan decoction can reduce the total score of YGTSS after treatment,and the efficacy is better than the control group.3.Qingxin Xiegan decoction can significantly improve the tic syndroms of children with heart-liver fire-exuberant type tic disorder,and in the eyes red pharynx red,irritability,dizziness and headache,sleepless and dreaming,constipation,short red urine improvement is significantly better than the control group.
