Clinical Observation On Qingre Yangyin Decoction In The Treatment Of Ha Shimoto Hyperthyroidism (Hyperactivity Heart Fire And Liver Fire Syndromn)

Objective:This paper discusses the efficiency and safety of the Qingre Yangyin decoction in treating Hashimoto hyperthyroidism(hyperactivity heart-fire and liver-fire syndrome)by observing its clinical efficacy and the impact on patient-related laboratory tests,thus providing references for clinical application in treating Hashimoto hyperthyroidism.Thus reflecting the superiority of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Hashimoto hyperthyroidism.Methods:The standard of 68 patients with Hashimoto hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,34 cases in each group.Treatment group was treated with Qingre Yangyin decoction,the control group was treated with MMI,observing the patients’ changes in TCM symptoms,objective sign,thyroid function and the blood routine index.Two groups were treated with two weeks(14 days)of treatment course,and recorded in detail every treatment courses ends,after continual six treatment courses,the data is statistical analyzed.Results:1.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.90%and control group was 87.88%,There was no obvious difference between two groups(P>0.05);2.After treatment,the Chinese medicine symptom integral of these two groups has been reduced obviously than before treatment and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the integral of irritability and palpitation has reduced obviously,the treatment group surpassed the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.After treatment,the FT3 and FT4 have significantly decreased than before treatment in both two groups and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the TSH have significantly increased than before treatment and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The titer of TGAb and TPOAb has decreased than treatment before;.4.After treatment,the incidence rate of leucopenia in both groups had no significant difference(P>0.05),the incidence rate of liver damage in treatment group was lower than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant change in renal function and urine routine determination in both groups.Conclusion:1.Qingre Yangyin decoction can effectively improve the TCM symptoms of Hashimoto hyperthyroidism(hyperactivity heart-fire and liver-fire syndrome),most of all,irritability and palpitation are obvious.2.Qingre Yangyin decoction can significantly reduce the level of FT3 and FT4 in Hashimoto hyperthyroidism(hyperactivity heart-fire and liver-fire syndrome),and increased the level of TSH.Qingre Yangyin decoction can limitedly reduce the level of TGAb and TPOAb in Hashimoto hyperthyroidism(hyperactivity heart-fire and liver-fire syndrome).3.In the treatment of Hashimoto hyperthyroidism(hyperactivity heart-fire and liver-fire syndrome),there was no leukopenia and liver damage,renal damage.So Qingre Yangyin decoction has considerable reliability and security.
