Modern vocational education is a sustainable education serving the social and economic development and facing to the most basic level and frontline,which is meaningful to the realization of Chinese dream and the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.The quality education of higher vocational students plays an important role in the modern vocational education system.The Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Vocational Education and Improving the Quality of Personnel Training issued by Ministry of Education underlines some special requirements on professionalism.We should focus on and cultivate higher vocational students’ professionalism such as vocational ethics,excellence,diligence and responsibility.We should strive to educate and guide them to have a footing on their own work、enhance themselves,serve the people and contribute to society.We should aid them to have a better understanding of responsibility and mission and develop good vocational attitudes and ethic.The essence of vocational quality education is the education and guidance of vocational identity.Adopting questionnaire survey and qualitative research methods,this thesis regards higher vocational nursing students as object,focuses on the formation,development and influencing factors of their vocational identity,combines with the relative experience in the foreign counterpart and comes up with the countermeasures to cultivation and education of their vocational identity at the social,school and individual levels,in order to boost the sound and sustainable development of our nursing cause.
