| Objective:To introduce the theory of "incubative pathogen" to the clinical practice for guiding TCM medicament dialectically. Discuss the therapeutic effect of Jia Wei Shen Xue Ning Decoction in treating glomerular diseases of Qi Yin Deficiency Type, to promote the further effect of prescription.Methods:During June 2014 to February 2016 in The Second People’s Hospital of Fujian Province, we chose 60 outpatients with date completely as the research object. They are all conforms to the diagnostic criteria of Qi Yin Deficiency type glomerular diseases, and they were equally divided into the treatment group and the contrast group with randomization principle, two groups of 30 cases with. On the basis of foundation treatment, the treatment group were given the treatment of Jiawei Shen Xue Ning decoction (Radix Codonopsis, Radix Astragali, Radix rehmanniae, Anemarrhena, Phellodendron, Agrimony, Eclipta alba, Herba Cirsii japonici, Sanguisorba officinalis, Herba Hedyotis diffusae, Loranthaceae, Eucommia, Achyranthes, Dark plum, Cicada slough). Take the medicine 5 doses a week, one dose daily and 200ml each time half an hour after dinner, and they should be treat for 8 weeks. The control group were given the treatment of Hematuria Ann Capsule (0.35 g/grain, drug composition:Renal tea, Field thistle, Rhizoma imperatae, Cortex phellodendri, etc.), oral,4 pieces at a time, three times a day, treatment for 8 weeks. To check the patients before and after the treatment on Urine red blood cell count, Microscopic examination of red blood cells count, and records of TCM syndrome integral, observe changes of hematuria and TCM symptoms before and after treatment in patients.Results:From the point of hematuria curative effect. In Clinical treatment group,1 case alleviate,22 cases were markedly effective,7 cases effective,0 no effect, the efficiency is 76.7%, the total effective rate was 100%. Between Control group clinical,1 case alleviate,12 cases had marked effect,15 cases were effective, ineffective in 2 cases, show the efficiency of 60%, the total effective rate was 93%. Hematuria curative effect is obvious differences in both groups, with statistical significance (P< 0.05), the two groups of treatment effect is different, it shows that the efficiency of treatment group were obviously superior to the control group. From the point of syndrome curative effect, clinical treatment group has 3 cases alleviate,16 cases were markedly effective, effective in 11 cases,0 no effect, the efficiency is 63.3%, the total effective rate was 100%. Control group clinical alleviate 0 cases,12 cases had marked effect,17 cases effective,1 had no effect, show the efficiency of 40%, the total effective rate was 95%. Changes of TCM symptoms are obvious differences in both groups, with statistical significance (P< 0.05), the two groups of treatment effect is different, It shows that the efficiency of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.Conclusion:①The two groups of treatment all have good curative effect on treating glomerular hematuria. The curative effect of Jia Wei Shen Xue Ning Decoction is superior to improving its glomerular hematuria than Ann capsule;②The curative effect on TCM symptoms of two groups were improved, and Jia Wei Shen Xue Ning Decoction has a better curative effect;③By introducing the theory of incubative pathogen"to clinical treatment, starting with tonifying qi yin and clear the"incubative pathogen".we can take the traditional Chinese medicine apply to diagnosis and treatment of renal hematuria. It may be of great significance to improve the constitution and adjust the mechanism of immune regulation,which can improve the symptoms of glomerular hematuria, protect the glomerulus and delay the progress of chronic nephritis. |
