Objective:Treatment of issues by observing the Yang Yin Tang Qi and Yin Deficiency type glomerular hematuria clinical efficacy, its treatment of Qi and Yin Deficiency type glomerular hematuria make an objective evaluation of efficacy and to explore the pathogenesis of hematuria and Chinese medicine treatment mechanism for glomerular hematuria syndrome differentiation of TCM and clinical efficacy provide a basis to judge.Methods:Adopting case control method, taking hematuria capsule as control agent.58 subjects were randomly divided into two according to a simple group, treatment group,30 cases and 28 cases of the control group. The main symptoms observed before and after therapy, urinary occult blood, urine sediment red blood cell count, urine protein, C3 and immune globulin were observed.Results:1. After treatment, urinary sediment red blood cell counts were significantly reduced compared with that before treatment there was a significant difference (P<0.01), and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.01).2. Two 24h urine protein after treatment significantly reduced compared with that before treatment there was a significant difference (P<0.01), and the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05).3. After treatment, symptoms were significantly improved Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine symptom scores before and after treatment were significantly different (P<0.05), and the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05).4. The total effective rate was 86.67%, total effective rate than the control group 64.29%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yang Yin Tang can relieve Qi and Yin Deficiency type glomerular hematuria in patients with clinical symptoms, reduce the urinary sediment red blood cell count and urine protein, complement C3 levels increase, regulation of the immune globulin.
