Clinical Research On Madder Decoction For Hyperactivity Of Fire Due To Yin Deficiency Type Merely Glomerular Hematuria Treatment

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of using madder Decoction in treating hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type glomerular hematuria, the key is to investigate its effect on improving the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, in order to improve the quality of life of the patients.Methods: Select 62 patients conformed to the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and TCM syndrome standard, randomly divided into two groups according to the number table method: the experiment group(n=31), control group(n=31). The control group was given hematuria Ann capsule 1.4g each time, 3 times a day;and the experimental group was given madder Decoction be decocted in water, divided two times after the meal. The observation time was three months. To observed the changes of the number of red blood cells in urine,the urine occult blood and the TCM syndrome integral between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results: The experimental group has a case falling, Respectively, the experiment group 30 cases and control group 31 cases completed the clinical observation. 1. After the clinical treatment for three months, the experiment group and the control group of patients were improved in the aspects of urine occult blood(P<0.05), the number of red blood cells in urine has be decreased(P<0.05). 2. After the clinical treatment for three months,the experimental group compared with control group, there is a significant difference in urinary occult blood(P< 0.01);the difference is statistically significant in the number of red blood cells in urine(P<0.05); there are significant differences in raditional Chinese medicine syndromes such as the aching of lumbar, zygomatic red and hot flashes, feverish sensation of five centers, tinnitus and Mouth parched and tongue scorched(P < 0.01);the difference are statistically significant in dizziness,night sweat,dryness of eye,bitter taste in the mouth and urinate burning feeling(P<0.05). 3. In the efficacy of TCM symptoms, the total efficiency of the control group is 54.84%,and the total efficiency of the experiment group is 83.33% after the treatment.Comparison of the total efficiency between the two groups in the efficacy of TCM symptoms, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).In the laboratory test, the total efficiency of the control group is 67.74%,and the total efficiency of the experiment group is 83.33% after the treatment.Comparison of the total efficiency between the two groups in the laboratory test, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: the madder Decoction can reduce the number of red blood cells in urine and the urine occult blood for hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type glomerular hematuria patients. Its curative effect is better than that of hematuria Ann capsule, and can better improve the patients clinical symptoms and signs. It can effectively improve the patient’s quality of life.We can see that the traditional Chinese medicine has more flexibility and pertinence in improving the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,and can make a concrete analysis of concrete problems on the basis of syndrome differentiation.
