Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Renal Hematuria In Children With Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis By Qi Ji Bushen Xue Xue Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Qi Bushen Zhixue Decoction on children with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type renal hematuria,so as to explore the methods and prescriptions of TCM syndrome differentiation,improve the clinical symptoms of children,and reduce the purpose of kidney injury.METHODS:A case-control study was conducted using "Qi Bushen Zhixue Decoction" as a therapeutic drug and Xueyu An Capsule as a control drug.Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Observe TCM syndrome scores,occult urine,urinary sediment red blood cell counts and related biochemical indicators.Results:(1)there were 70 cases in the treatment group,35 cases in the treatment group and 35 cases in the control group,among which 1 cases in the treatment group fell off and 2 cases in the control group fell off.(2)the comparison between the treatment group and the control group before treatment was comparable(P>0.05).(3)after treatment,the overall effective rate of the two groups was different,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(4)there was significant statistical significance(P<0.01)before and after the treatment of erythrocyte count in the treatment group(5)in the treatment group,the lumbar acid fatigue,sore throat and dry mouth dryness were statistically significant(P<0.01);hand,foot and heart heat and urine yellow were compared with the control group(P<0.05).(6)there was no significant difference in safety between the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.Astragalus and Bushen hemostasis decoction can effectively reduce the urine occult blood and reduce the urine sediment red blood cell count in children with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of urine blood.2.Astragalus Bushen hemostasis decoction can effectively improve the TCM syndrome of children with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of hematuria.3.Astragalus Bushen hemostasis Decoction in the treatment of children with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type urine blood in urine occult blood,urine sediment red blood cell count is superior to the control group.4.Astragalus Bushen hemostasis Decoction in the treatment of children with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of hematuria in TCM syndrome is better than that of the control group...
