The Clinical Curative Efficacy Research About Niao Xue He Ji On Primary Glomerular Hematuria Of Damp-heat Type

Objectives: generally speaking, the glomerular hematuria called medicalhematuria as well, is a group of glomerular diseases with different cause anddifferent pathogenesy,which clinically represents hematuria in main.theformation of it like this:kidney glomerulus is injured, basal membrane split,and erythrocyte is extruded from the crack, excluding the secondary glomerulardiseases,we call it primary glomerular hematuria.it mostly appears as AcuteGlomerulonephritis, Chronic Glomerulonephritis and Latent Nephritisetc. At present, there is no effective treatment in the western medicalscience, my supervisor, Liu Xu sbeng professor, takes "Xiao Ji Yin Zi" added ordecreased along with syndromes and "Hematuria Mixture" to cure Damp-heat Typeof Primary Glomerular Hematuria, the clinical symptoms were obviouslyimproved, we start this clinic research for further observing the curativeeffect of "Hematuria Mixture",and base for laboratorial research.Methods: Suitable sixty-three cases were selected according to the researchstandard strictly, broken into two-sets at random, the test group were treatedwith Hematuria Mixture, and control group were treated with Xue Niao An capsule,at the same time, both groups were given Xiao Ji Yin Zi, adding some otherchinese herbs based on their symptom. The period of treatment is 2 months.Compare the change of the syndromes,body signs and the results of test inlaboratory before and after treatment.Results:(1) Comparison of therapeutic effects of the erythrocyte in urineafter treatment between two groups:the test group show clinical controled3 cases (9.1％),8 cases significantly effective(24.2％), 18 cases effective(54.5％), 4 cases ineffective(13.3％), The total effective rate was 87.8％;the control group show clinical controled 2 cases (6.7％), 6 cases significantly effective (20.0％), 17 cases effective (56.7％), 5 casesineffective (16.7％), The total effective rate was 83.4％. by chi-square test,the test group was effective for treatment of this disease, the efficacyshowed no statistic difference between two groups (P＞0.05).(2) Comparison of Syndrome effects of the erythrocyte in two groups:the test group show clinica] cured 4 cases (12.1％),7 cases significantlyeffective (21.2％), 18caseseffective (54.5％), 4casesineffective (12.1％),The total effective rate was 87.8％; In the control group, show clinical curedcases (10.0％), 7 cases significantly effective (23.3％), 17 cases effective(56.7％), 3 cases ineffective (I0％), The total effective rate was 83.4％. byRidit test, compare with the control group, the rate of significantlyefficiency and the total efficiency showed no statistic difference betweentwo groups. (P＞0.05)(3) Comparison of clinical efficacy in chinese medical symptombetween two groups: excluding the edema symptom, other symptoms in testgroup and control group get improved and statistics has great significancein processing the data (P＜0.05).but the cases with edema symptom were tooless to evaluate the efficacy of Hematuria Mixture on this disease, theefficacy showed no statistic difference between two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion(1) hematuria mixture can improve the syndromes and body signs of patientswith Primary Glomerular Hematuria,which belong to Damp-heat Type inTCM, decrease the quantity of erythrocyte in urine and decline proteinuria. Theefficacy of IgA nephropathy and minireal change glomerulopathy was better thanother pathological types.(2) hematuria mixture can also accommodate abnormal Immunoglobulin inSerum, rectify hypocomplementemia, is likely to relieve the Injury on the Kidneyby immunocomplexes, enhance the immune function of organism.
