| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of infantile massage combined with Azithromycin on children with Mycoplasma pneumonia(phlegm-heat obstructing lung),and to explore its influence on the inflammatory indexes and immune indexes of children,so as to provide a safer and more effective treatment method for the clinical treatment of the disease. Methods:The sampling method used in this study was random number table method.Sixty children who met the diagnostic criteria of Mycoplasma pneumonia(phlegm-heat obstructing lung)were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. There was no significant difference in general information such as gender and age of the children in the two groups. For the control group,it was treated with Azithromycin and conventional support for symptomatic treatment, and the treatment group in the control group on the basis of additional infantile massage treatment. Both groups took 10 days as a course of treatment and observation. The changes of TCM syndrome scores, fever subsidence time, healing rate and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment. The changes of blood routine indexes such as inflammation indexes and immunoglobulin were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. All the data of the two groups of children were statistically analyzed and the conclusion was drawn.Results:1.The total curative effect of TCM syndrome:The cured and markedly effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 90.00%and 63.33%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There were statistical differences in the total scores of major syndromes and secondary syndromes between the two groups before and after treatment,as well as between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).2.Main syndromes:Before and after treatment, the scores of main TCM syndromes(fever, cough, phlegm obstruction, shortness of breath, lung auscultation and Chest X-ray)in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).It is suggested that the improvement of cough, phlegm obstruction and lung auscultation in the treatment group is more obvious after treatment, and the days of fever in the treatment group can be shortened more significantly(P<0.05).3.Secondary syndrome:After treatment, the scores of TCM minor syndromes(complexion, intake of food, thirst, urine and stool)in the two groups were higher compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement of intaking of food and stool was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05).4.Inflammatory indexes:After treatment, the blood routine indexes of WBC and CRP statistically decreased in both groups(P<0.01).The comparison between the two groups showed that there was no statistical significance in the reduction effect(P<0.05).5.Immune indexes:After treatment, the immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG,IgM)and T lymphocyte subsets(CD4+%,CD8+%,CD4+/CD8+)in 2 groups were improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed that there was no significant difference in the improvement of immune indexes(P>0.05).6.Adverse reactions:The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group was 3.3%and 26.7%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is effective to treat the Mycoplasma pneumonia(phlegm-heat obstructing lung)through infantile massage combined with Azithromycin.Compared with the control group,it can significantly improve cough, sputum, lung auscultation, food intake and stool, and effectively shorten the antipyretic time. And also,it can reduce the occurrence of Azithromycin gastrointestinal reaction. The effect of reducing inflammatory index and improving immune index is similar to that of the control group, which needs to be further studied. |
