The Clinical Observation Of Treating Lubar Intervertebral Disc Herniation With Awn Needle

Objective:through the observation of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation (LIDH) with Awn needle,finds out laws of the Awn needle.To provide objective clinical research basis for clinical application of the awn needle therapy.Methods:Select 60 cases met the inclusion criteria, time of onset in the course from 1 month to 2 years between the patients randomly divided into awn needle therapy group (30 cases), normol acupuncture group of 30 cases. The main therapy of the awn group awn treats by three awn needle, Observed the age,gender,course of disease of two groups before treatments, Record score of the OSWESTRY and the VAS. Then make date analysis after treatment and come to the conclusion.Result:1.In the VAS score, the treatment group and the control group before treatment and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.01).the two methods are both effective;By test,after treatment, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05),explain the treatment results.the treatment of the awn needle is better.2. In the OSWESTRY score, the treatment group and the control group before treatment and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.01), the two methods are both effective;By test, after treatment, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05),explain the treatment results.the treatment of the awn needle is better.3. The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.33%, control group in the total efficiency of 80.00%, P=0.019 (P<0.05) that was statistically significant between the two groups,the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:1. the awn needle therapy for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is good.2.the awn needle therapy for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is better than the normol needle therapy.
