Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation By Electroacupuncture Combined With Acupuncture Manipulation

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,highlight the significant role of acupuncture quantification,explore the mechanism of quantitative techniques to alleviate lumbar disc herniation in patients with lowback pain,erector spinae,mechanism of gluteus muscle fatigue,provide some theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of this disease,and open up a new path.Method:The 72 patients with lumbar disc herniation diagnosis standard were randomly divided into : treatment group and control group,each group of 36 people.The two groups have adopted the same acupoints and acupuncture treatment,the difference is: the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture,while the control group only treated with common acupuncture treatment,not to implement any acupuncture manipulation.By JOA pain symptom score and simplified McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ)to score the records of patients with symptoms,clinical examination,activities of daily life,the extent of pain before the first time,after the first time,after the each course of treatment,for a period of observation of 3 courses,doing statistical analusis of relevant data.Result:1、After the first time,the JOA score,SF-MPQ score of the patients in the treatment group was statistically significant,P<0.05;the JOA score,SF-MPQ score of control group is not statistically significant,P>0.05.indicating that the electric acupuncture combined with quantitative techniques is better than the ordinary electro acupuncture,with immediate effect is good for lumbar disc herniation.2、After a course of treatment,two groups of patients with JOA score,SF-MPQ score has statistical significance,P<0.05,and the JOA of the treatment group scores were significantly higher than the control group,SF-MPQ scores were significantly lower than that of control group.The difference of the score of each course and before the first diagnosis were significantly higher than the control group,the difference increases with the increasing of course,The results showed that the treatment of continued reasonable course of treatment was significant.3、The treatment group and the control group have achieved good results,and there existed significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Although the total efficiency of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05),but the rate had significant difference(P<0.05).Overall,electro acupuncture combined with acupuncture manipulation than ordinary acupuncture can quantify the more effective treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Conclusion:1 、 Electro acupuncture combined with acupuncture manipulation quantitative and simple ordinary acupuncture are effective methods for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,the clinical effect.Analysing the effective time and the treatment period of improvement in the same conditions,electro acupuncture combined with acupuncture group with manipulation quantification was significantly better than the ordinary acupuncture group.2、In the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,electro acupuncture and quantitative acupuncture manipulation,both have synergistic effect.3 、 Electro acupuncture combined with acupuncture quantification technique has a broad prospect in clinical qpplication,which needs to be further explored.
