Observation On The Curative Effects Of Yangxue Qingnao Granules In Menopausal Syndrome With Cerebral Vasospasm

Objective:By observing the changes of clinical symptoms in patients with menopausal syndrome and cerebral vasospasm before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical curative effect of Yangxue Qingnao Granules of patients with menopausal syndrome and cerebral vasospasm.Method:(1)According to the study methods of random and control,300 cases of menopausal syndrome with cerebral vasospasm patients were divided into three groups, the test group of 100 cases, the control group of 100 cases, the combined treatment group of 100 cases, baseline data between the three groups, the difference was not statistically significant 300 cases (P> 0.05).(2)The test group was given Yangxue Qingnao Granules,4G each time, three times a day, for 3 months; the control group was given tibolone tablets, 2.5mg each time, once daily, for 3 months; the combined treatment group received Tibolone Tablets,2.5mg each time, once daily, Yangxue Qingnao Granules,4G each time, three times a day, for 3 months.(3)Menopause symptoms were assessed by using the modified Kupperman score, cerebral vasospasm main symptoms were assessed by main symptom score method. The changes of Kupperman score and main symptom score of cerebral vasospasm were observed before and after treatment.(4) As safety indexes, blood routine, urine routine, liver function and renal function were examined before and after treatment.Results:(1) After 3 months of treatment, the test group, the control group and the combination group significantly improved the menopause symptoms and Kupperman total score decreased (P<0.05). The total effective rates of menopausal Syndrome in three groups were 80.9%,73.2% and 92.5%, respectively. The clinical efficacy of the combined treatment group was significantly better than the test group and the control group (P<0.05).(2) After 3 months of treatment, Yangxue Qingnao Granules can effectively improve hot flashes, sweating, paresthesia, depression, insomnia, mood swings, fatigue and palpitations induced by menopausal syndrome (P<0.05). The treatment effect was not obvious for joint pain, skin formication, Sexuality and urinary tract (P> 0.05).(3) After 3 months of treatment, the test group and the control group, the combination group significantly improved symptoms of cerebral vasospasm, the main symptom score decreased (P<0.05). The total effective rates of cerebral vasospasm in three groups were 83.1%,74.4% and 90.3%, respectively. The clinical efficacy of the combined treatment group was significantly better than the test group and the control group (P <0.05).(4) After 3 months of treatment, Yangxue Qingnao Granules can significantly improve symptoms induced by cerebral vasospasm, such as headache, dizziness, forgetfulness, two eyes dim, tinnitus(P<0.05).(5) During treatment, adverse reactions were not found in three groups, the security indexs are normal.Conclusion:(1) Yangxue Qingnao Granules can effectively improve the symptoms of hot flashes, sweating, paresthesia, insomnia, depression, mood swings, and other menopausal symptoms. At the same time, it can effectively improve the symptoms of headache, dizziness, forgetfulness, two eyes dim and tinnitus induced by cerebral vasospasm. This drug is safe and effective.(2) Yangxue Qingnao Granules and tibolone can effectively treat menopausal syndrome and cerebral vasospasm. When two drugs used in combination, the treatment effect is better. Combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine has more advantages for this disease.
