Clinical Observation Of Yangxue Qingnao Granules In Treatment Of Essential Hypertension

Objective:According to clinical syndrome differentiation of TCM, to study the clinical effects of Yangxue Qingnao granules on treating the patients, which syndrome of Hyperactivity of liver blood with primary hypertension. Observe the changes of TCM syndrome integral, TCM symptom, antihypertensive effect and the inf-l uence on cerebral hemodynamics.Methods:Select 60 cases of Western medicine diagnosed with primary hypertension, and TCM is hyperactivity of Hyperactivity of liver blood. Using randomized and controlled method was randomly divided into treatment group and control gr-ou p, each group of 30 cases. The two groups were given conventional western medicine antihypertensive treatment. Treatment group takes Yangxue Qingnao granules,and control group takes ACEI or ARB. The treating course was 4 weeks, then to observe the changes of those index which included the integral syndrome of TCM and single symptom(dizziness, headache,insomnia),ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM), and the bilood lipid level(HDL-C, LDL-C), angiotensin II(Ang II), the changes of Doppler brain etc.Results:TCM syndrome total curative effect of the treatment group and the control group compared with significant difference(P<0.05), and the two groups were improved after treatment symptom, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). The treatment group in improving the ABMP is bet-ter than that of control group(P<0.05). After treatment, two groups of bilood lipid level(HDL-C, LDL-C), angiotensin II(Ang II), levels were significantly decreased, and the treatment group compared with the control group with significant difference(P<0.05); the brain artery blood flow peak velocity(Vmax), resistanc-e index(RI) is improved, the treatment group better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Yangxue Qingnao granules on TCM accord with Hyperactivity of liver blood deficiency hypertension has the exact effect of antihypertensive, and for cerebral arteriosclerosis and cerebral blood flow caused by hypertension decreased signific antly improved,Then relieve dizziness, headache, insomnia and other clinical patients with hypertensionaccompanying symptoms.Yangxueqingnao Granule for clinical use is safe and reliable, suitable for long-term use in patients with essential hypertension.
