Clinical Observation Of Yangxue Qingnao Decoction In The Treatment Of Migraine Without Aura With Blood Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of Yangxue qingnao Decoction in treating Migraine without aura(blood deficiency syndrome)by randomized controlled clinical evaluation.Focus on the improvement of TCM syndromes of migraine without aura(blood deficiency syndrome)and provide new treatment ideas for migraine treatment to guide clinical practice.Methods :72 patients with blood deficiency syndrome without threatened partial headache were randomly selected and divided into 36 cases in the trial group and the control group:the trial group(self-made Yangxue qingnao Decoction)and the control group(flunarizine hydrochloride capsule).Experimental group: Traditional Chinese medicine granule Yangshen brain prescription(provided by Nanning Peili Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.),100 ml of warm water,morning and evening half an hour after meal oral,twice a day.Control group: flunarizine hydrochloride capsule(provided by Heilongjiang Aolidanide Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.),10 mg,each time once a night oral.Statistical analysis was carried out by recording the visual simulation score(visual analogue scale,VAS)before and after treatment,the migraine symptom scale,statistical analysis.Evaluate the final trial efficacy based on the final statistical analysis results.Results :72 patients with migraine without aura were randomly divided into trial group and control group.After comparing visual analogue scale,migraine symptom scale and migraine TCM syndrome scale,P<0.05.Before and after treatment,there were significant differences in the experimental group,and the curative effect was positive after treatment;after treatment between the experimental group and the control group P<0.05,indicating that the efficacy of the test group after treatment was significantly.Conclusion: Yangxue qingnao Decoction improves the clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome in patients with blood deficiency syndrome without threatened migraine.
