Clinical Observation Of Shuganzishen Granules Unite Plum-Blossom Needle Knocking For Treating Alopecia Areata And The Effect On Tlymphocyte Subsets CD4~+ And CD8~+

Objective: To observe tutor experience side Shuganzishen granules and PlumBlossom needle knocking, arborvitae tincture external use in the treatment of alopecia areata with kidney insufficiency and liver depression, at the same time were observed before and after treatment in patients with peripheral blood CD4+,CD8+levels change, and the preliminary discussion on its mechanism of action.Methods: 60 patients of alopecia areata with kidney insufficiency and liver depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group: shuganzishen granules and plum-blossom needle knocking, arborvitae tincture for external use only. Control group: jingwu capsule and cooperate arborvitae tincture for external use only. Using flow cytometry before and after the treatment instrument detection and analysis of peripheral blood CD4+,CD8+T lymphocytes.Results: The treatment group cure rate 56.67%, total effective rate was 90.00%; The control group cure rate was 30.00%, total effective rate was 63.33%. Comparing the two groups have significant difference, statistically significant(P < 0.05), shows that the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group. Besides two groups of patients with effective treatment is also have significant difference(P < 0.05), shows that the treatment group is not only good curative effect, and it works fast. Two groups of patients before and after treatment serum level of CD4+, CD8+ detection, the result shows: the two groups before treatment in patients with CD4+ and CD4+/ CD8+levels significantly higher than normal CD8+ higher is not obvious; In the two groups after treatment in patients with peripheral blood CD4+, CD4+/ CD8+index was reduced, the before and after treatment in two way comparative difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),after treatment between the two way comparative difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: Shuganzishen granules unite Plum-Blossom needle knocking,arborvitae tincture topical treatment of both qi type of alopecia areata was efficient, high cure rate, effective quick, its curative effect, high safety, is worth promoting. Its mechanism may be related to improve blood supply and head microcirculation, strengthen hair/nutrition supply, protective peptide synthesis, release factor, and adjust the immune mechanism.
