Buyishengfa Decoction Combined Treatment Of Alopecia Areata Tap Thorn Plum Needle And The Mechanism Of Action Research

Objective: To observe mentor experience side Buyishengfa decoction and plumneedle knocking, arborvitae tincture external use in the treatment of alopecia areata theclinical efficacy of two qi type, at the same time were observed before and after treatmentin patients with peripheral blood CD4+,CD8+levels change, and the preliminary discussionon its mechanism of action.Methods: Will two qi type alopecia areata patients with60cases were randomlydivided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group: tonic tonic soup are plumneedle knocking, arborvitae tincture for external use only. Control group:8grain internaland cooperate arborvitae tincture for external use only. Using flow cytometry before andafter the treatment instrument detection and analysis of peripheral blood CD4+,CD8+Tlymphocytes.Results: The treatment group cure rate60.00%, total effective rate was90.00%; Thecontrol group cure rate was33.33%, total effective rate was63.33%. Comparing the twogroups have significant difference, statistically significant (P <0.05), shows that thetreatment group curative effect is better than the control group. Besides two groups ofpatients with effective treatment is also have significant difference (P <0.05), shows thatthe treatment group is not only good curative effect, and it works fast. Two groups ofpatients before and after treatment serum level of CD4+, CD8+detection, the result shows:the two groups before treatment in patients with CD4+levels significantly lower thannormal CD8+lower is not obvious, CD4+/CD8+ratio; In the two groups after treatment inpatients with peripheral blood CD4+, CD4+/CD8+index was rising, the before and aftertreatment in two way comparative difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), after treatment between the two way comparative difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: Buyishengfa decoction and plum needle knocking, arborvitae tincturetopical treatment of both qi type of alopecia areata was efficient, high cure rate, effectivequick, its curative effect, high safety, is worth promoting. Its mechanism may be related toimprove blood supply and head microcirculation, strengthen hair/nutrition supply,protective peptide synthesis, release factor, and adjust the immune mechanism.
