The Clinical Research Of Plum Blossom Needle Therapy And Acupoint Injection To Treat Alopecia Areata

Objective:This topic uses plum blossom therapy and acupoint injection of patients with alopecia areata. This subject adopts the total score of syndromes before and after treatment, the total score compared with single lesion before and after treatment, evaluation of clinical efficacy, the onset time of course, safety evaluation, the follow-up results to assess the overall efficacy of plum blossom therapy and acupoint injection. Through the study, it can be applied to clinical practice of plum blossom therapy and acupoint injection of alopecia areata and curative effect evaluation to provide the certain reference value.Methods:This topic, in patients with alopecia areata of 64 patients met the criteria.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 32 cases each. Treatment group use plum blossom therapy and acupoint injection, doctors use plum blossom to buckle alopecia areas, Fengchi (G20), both sides of the spine, last 10minutes; acupoint injection uses lml compound danshen injection to inject one side Shenshu(BL23), Hsinshu(BL15), Keshu(BL17), San yin chiao(SP6). Control group:just uses acupoint injection.1 times two day,7times a course of treatment, the treatment continues two courses of treatment. In the process, respectively in the before and after treatment and follow-up period the total score of syndromes before and after treatment, the total score compared with single lesion before and after treatment, evaluation of clinical efficacy, the onset time of course, safety evaluation, the follow-up results, statistical analysis using SPSS statistical software package for data on 17.0.Results:1. Treatment group:0 case set off,32 cases on observation, follow-up of 9 cases;Control group:0 case set off,32 cases on observation, follow-up of 5 cases.2. General information analysis before treatment:age and duration were of no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05). 3. Record the scores of alopecia areata:for the whole blood high shear viscosity, low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte pressure index of the treatment group were statistically different before the treatment(P<0.05). And the scores of blood rheology indexes were of no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment, compared with the control group, there were significant different(P<0.05) in both groups of the scores of the four indicators.Conclusion:The plum blossom therapy and acupoint injection of the alopecia areata is safe, effective and simple operation, which also is easy for patients to accept. And the curative effect is superior to the simple acupoint injection. The plum blossom therapy and acupoint injection has more obvious advantages in improving patients’ blood circulation of the scalp, hair follicle nutrition, blood rheology and the microcirculation of the overall function. So it has a wide prospect of clinical application.
