【Objective】:To explore the therapeutic effect of xinzhibai Dihuang Decoction on children with IH of yin deficiency and fire excess type, and make an objective analysis,so as to provide a new therapeutic direction and basis for the treatment of children with isolated hematuria with traditional Chinese medicine.【Method】:In this clinical study,a total of 66 children with IH Yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity were collected from the pediatric clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2020 to December2021.They were randomly divided into two groups, with 33 cases in each group, including 1 case in the experimental group,1 case in the control group and 1 case in the control group.A total of 63 children were statistically analyzed. The experimental group was treated with xinzhibai Dihuang Decoction, and the control group was treated with Huaiqihuang granule. The course of treatment of the two groups was 12 weeks. Before treatment,2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks, the TCM symptom score and urinary sediment red blood cell count were counted respectively. The differences of TCM symptom improvement, urinary occult blood and red blood cell count before and after treatment were compared. At the same time, the adverse reactions during the study period were recorded and followed up after drug withdrawal. After the clinical study, the relevant data were analyzed by statistical software to evaluate the treatment effect and recurrence rate.【Results】:1.In this study, there was no significant difference between the two groups in gender, age, course of disease,TCM symptom score before treatment, urinary occult blood and urinary sediment red blood cell count(P > 0.05).2.In terms of the total effective rate of the disease, the effective rate of the experimental group was 87.5% and that of the control group was 67.74%.The difference analysis was statistically significant(P< 0.01),indicating that the treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.3.In terms of TCM syndrome score, the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the experimental group was 90.62% and that in the control group was 58.06%,indicating that the treatment drugs in the experimental group were much better than those in the control group in improving the overall level of TCM syndrome(P < 0.01);In terms of single score of TCM symptoms, the improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05),and the improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of dry mouth, dry tongue, thin and dizzy(P > 0.05).4.In the routine red blood cell count of urine, there was no significant difference between xinzhibai Dihuang Decoction group and Huaiqihuang granule group at 2weeks of treatment(P > 0.05).The difference analysis from 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the drug in the experimental group improved the red blood cell count of urine better than that in the control group.5.After follow-up for 3 months,it was found that there were 2 cases of recurrence in the experimental group(7.69%)and 5 cases of recurrence in the control group(26.31%).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P > 0.05).【Conclusion】:1.Xinzhibai Dihuang decoction has a significant therapeutic effect on children with isolated hematuria(yin deficiency and fire excess type).2.Xinzhibai Dihuang Decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of yellow and red urine, upset and less sleep, dry mouth, five upset and hot hearts, hot flashes and night sweats, among which the improvement effect of hot flashes and night sweats is remarkable.3.Xinzhibai Dihuang Decoction can effectively reduce the red blood cell count of urinary sediment in children with isolated hematuria(yin deficiency and Huowang type). |
