The Study On The Mechanism And Influential Factors Of Tacit Knowledge Explicitation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

As the important part of excellent culture, TCM(which is short for traditional Chinese medicine) can be felt, but difficult to explain in words. The characteristic is the embodiment of tacit knowledge. Tacit knowledge of TCM is becoming a source of sustainable competitive advantage. The study on the mechanism and influential factors of tacit knowledge explicitation, is not only a great academic value to deepen the knowledge management theory of TCM, but also a profound and practical significance to improve the innovation ability and promote the competitive advantages of TCM.Firstly, this article expounds the connotation, necessity, feasibility and characteristics of tacit knowledge explicitation of TCM.On this basis,the research puts forward the process mechanism from the angel of individuals,individual and organiazation, individual and social and discusses the dynamic mechanism in use of income theory and incentive theory. Second, the research generalizes the influential factors of tacit knowledge explicitation from knowledge integration, social exchange, organization situation and public resource, defines tacit knowledge explicitation channels from individual activity, organization activity and social activity and first proposes the concept and evaluation index system of tacit knowledge degree. Based on the above, it constructs theory model and research hypotheses among the influential factors, the explicitation channels and the explicitation degree.Combined with the survey data from six hospitals in Nanjing, the research uses the SPSS18.0to evaluate the reliability and validity of the data,and adopts SEM(which is short for Structural Equation Model) using the LISREL8.70to find out the influential factors how to impact the degree of tacit knowledge explicitation of TCM. The empirical results verify the intermediary role of the explicitation channels and find out the direct affects and indirect influences affecting the explicitation channels and the explicitation degree of tacit knowledge.Thus some actionable measures and suggestions are recommended to improve the explicitation level of TCM from the optimization of the internal mechanism and shaping the external environment.
