Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of self-made TCM paste acupoint sticking at Shenque and ZuSanLi with Hyperthermia on patients with intestinal flatulence Post operation Hepatobiliary surgery.Method:The patients with intestinal flatulence Post operation Hepatobiliary surgery were selected from our department from June2014to January2015. Adopts the principle of randomized into the treatment group and control group, treatment group and control group were taking conventional treatment:prevent infection, maintain acid-base and fluid-electrolyte balance by fluid infusion, complex stomach and liver, hemostasis, relieving spasm and pain, and different fasting, go pillow supine six hours, the oxygen cored electrocardiographic monitoring, maintaining drainage tube patency fixed, regular turning, psychological care, encourage and assist the patient ambulation. The treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment combined with self-made TCM paste acupoint sticking at Shenque and ZuSanLi combined with Nuanbaobao Hyperthermia. The time of borborygmus returnting to normal, the first exhaust and the first defecation were observed and recorded, and abdominal circumference and the occurrence of abdominal distension were measured. The statistical software SPSS18.0was used to analyze the data and the statistics analysis include the t test,χ2test and Wilcoxon rank test.Results:(1) The differences of gender and age distribution between the two groups showed no significant (P>0.05). The operation time between treatment and control groups was no significant difference (P>0.05), and so as anesthesia time and a history of previous surgery.(2) The time of bowel sounds returning to normal with postoperative (16.08±1.34) h in the treatment group, and first exhaust time (23.10±8.39) h and the first defecation time (50.37±14.91) h, respectively, were lower than the control group of patients with postoperative recovery of bowel sounds normal time (19.26±2.06) h, first exhaust (33.23±9.95) h and defecation time (65.70±13.78) h (t=4.136-7.076,P<0.05).(3) The grade of abdominal distension was mainly grade0and1accounted for90.0%(27/30) in treatment group, and in the control group bloating grade0and1accounted for70.0%(21/30); The difference of abdominal distension between two groups was no statistically significant (W=760.500, P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-made TCM paste acupoint sticking at Shenque and ZuSanLi with Hyperthermia can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with intestinal flatulence post-operation Hepatobiliary surgery and can reduce the incidence of abdominal distention and prevent complications, thus it can promote the overall rehabilitation of patients after Hepatobiliary surgery. |
