Objective:In this study, patients with flatulence after gynecological laparoscopic general anesthesia were taken as observation objects, and the improvement of electroacupuncture at Zusanli and Shangjuxu on flatulence after gynecological laparoscopic general anesthesia was evaluated to provide a simple and practical treatment method for acupuncture treatment of postoperative flatulence.Methods:44 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into electro-acupuncture group and sham group according to the random number table,6 cases dropped out,38 effective cases,18 cases in electro-acupuncture group and 20 cases in sham group.Continuous wave was selected in both groups, the frequency was less than 30 Hz,and the needle was retained for 30 minutes each time. Both groups were treated at the time of return to the ward after operation,3 hours,6 hours and 24 hours after return to the ward, four times in total. The first time of anal exhaust after operation, the first time of anal defecation after operation, the time of disappearance of abdominal distension after operation and the degree of abdominal distension after 4 times of treatment were recorded, and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:1.Compared with sham group, the first exhaust time, the first defecation time and the disappearance time of abdominal distension in EA group were significantly shorter(P < 0.05).2.Comparing the first exhaust time after operation: There was significant difference between the two groups in the first exhaust time after operation(P < 0.05),and the treatment effect of electro-acupuncture group was better than that of sham group.3.Intra-group comparison: compared with the first treatment, the degree of abdominal distension improved after the last three treatments(p < 0.05),suggesting that the degree of abdominal distension improved after the second, third and fourth treatments, and the curative effect increased with the prolongation of the treatment cycle.Compared with the second treatment, the degree of abdominal distension improved after the third and fourth treatment(p < 0.05),suggesting that with the prolongation of the treatment cycle, the curative effect is also increasing.Compared with the third treatment, the degree of abdominal distension improved after the fourth treatment(p < 0.05),suggesting that with the prolongation of the treatment cycle, the curative effect is also increasing.Comparison between groups: the degree of abdominal distension after the third and fourth treatment was better in the electro-acupuncture group than in the sham group(p < 0.05),suggesting that the degree of abdominal distension relief in the electro-acupuncture group was better than that in the sham group after the third and fourth treatment, and there was no significant difference between the two groups after the first and second treatment(p > 0.05),suggesting that the degree of abdominal distension relief was basically the same between the two groups after the first and second treatment.4.Overall clinical efficacy comparison: There were significant differences in total effective rate and recovery rate between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the overall effect of electroacupuncture Zusanli and Shangjuxu on intestinal distention after gynecological laparoscopic general anesthesia was better than that of sham group.Conclusion:1.Electro-acupuncture Zusanli and Shangjuxu can effectively alleviate intestinal flatulence after gynecological laparoscopic general anesthesia.2.The curative effect of electro-acupuncture group was better than that of sham group.
