| Purpose: this topic proposed by exploring use ZhuYangBuFeiChuBi particles treatment lung blocking pathogens decrease blocking reduce[interstitial lung diseases(ILD) ]lung and kidney deficiency, cold stasis blocking collaterals syndrome clinical observation results. A to test the drug clinical curative effect, the second for the disease mechanism was revealed, which will guide clinical better.Methods: From changchun university of Chinese medicine hospital the department and two lung disease outpatient treatment area of patients eligible for the group and 60 cases of clinical observation.It can be divided into observation group(traditional Chinese medicine treatment group- ZhuYangBuFeiChuBi particles) and control group(western medicine maintenance treatment group- prednisone). In each group 30 cases. By observing the symptoms before and after treatment, improve lung function and lung CT, compared two groups of treatment differences.Results: through a month period of treatment to determine the clinical observation of, through comparing the curative effect of two groups as a result, the treatment group total effective rate was 86.7%, the control group total effective rate was 66.7%, total effective rate between the two groups(P = 0.080 > 0.05).Similar curative effect of observation group and control group, but for improving patient waist and knee pain, joint pain, fatigue, chills symptom improvement aspect, observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion: clinical study showed that application of ZhuYangBuFeiChuBi particles in the treatment of lung blocking pathogens decrease blocking reduce(cold lung and kidney deficiency, blood stasis resistance winding) card curative effect, especially in improving clinical symptom curative effect to particular, less side effects, non-toxic side effects, drug use is simple, easy to carry, and proved its clinical curative effect, has wide development and application value. |
