The most obvious improvement in the test group, than the control group. Showing blood and water treatment method has a good effect in termsof improving the clinical symptoms of DN patients, can effectively improve the clinicalsymptoms.（2） improvement of renal function in patients with DN, reduce urinaryprotein: This study showed that two BUN, CRE, BUA after treatment were significantlydifferent, P less than0.05, a significant improvement; but comparative test treatmentgroup than in the control group there are more significant differences （P <0.05）. Thisshows that the experimental group than the control group in terms of stable renal function.（3） improve glucose metabolism in patients with DN: This study showed that bothgroups before and after treatment showed significant differences in fasting glucose, P isless than0.05, a significant improvement; comparative test group after treatment, butthere is even more significant difference （P than the control group <0.01）. This showsthat the experimental group than the control group in terms of lowering blood glucose.（4） improvement of anemia in patients with DN: This study showed that thehemoglobin before and after treatment groups were significantly different, P less than0.05, a significant improvement; but more significantly different （P <0.01comparisontest treatment group than in the control group）. This shows that the experimental groupthan the control group in terms of correction of anemia.Conclusion: qi and blood and water treatment in treating diabetic nephropathy Ⅳ-Ⅴ phase deficiency of wet resistance, stasis water alternating knot has significant curativeeffect, can significantly improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs.
