| Purpose：By observing the beneficial gas drainage turbidity remove stasis soup indiabetes nephropathy stage IV dialectical to qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis turbidityresistance syndrome in patients with clinical symptoms and related test indicators, this paperanalyzes the effectiveness of the drug effect and safety.Methods: Choose2012-2013changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliatedhospital endocrinology outpatient and hospitalization in accordance with qi and Yindeficiency. Stasis turbidity resistance of60patients with stage IV diabetic nephropathy, therandomized controlled method is adopted, the patients were randomly divided into treatmentgroup and control group30cases each. Treatment group in addition to the foundationtreatment for replenishing qi and remove stasis drain turbidity orally, the control group on thefoundation treatment of the abnormal he sha Tanzania (ember d) oral. After12weeks oftreatment with TCM syndrome integral, UACR,24h urine protein change quantity and GFR,Cr, etc as clinical efficacy monitoring index, the incidence of adverse reactions for safetyindicators of evaluation criteria, and then the comprehensive evaluation of yiqi drain turbidityremove stasis soup treatment for stage IV effectiveness and safety of type2diabeticnephropathy.
