| Objectives By observing the effects of Yishen Huayu Lishui Decoction combined with irbesartan tablets on TCM syndrome Integral,glucose and lipid metabolism,blood pressure and renal function in patients with stage Ⅳ diabetic kidney disease(DKD)(Kidney Deficiency and Water stop Blood Stasis Type),the clinical efficacy was evaluation,to provide evidence for treating diabetic kidney disease with Yishen Huayu Lishui Decoction combined with irbesartan.Methods 62 patients with kidney deficiency and water stasis type diabetic kidney disease were stochasticly grouped as trial group and control group,31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with irbesartan tablets 300 mg/1d;On the control basis,the test group was given with Yishen Huayu Lishui Recipe.1 dose per day.The treatment cycle is 12 weeks.Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),Postprandial 2h blood glucose(P2HBG),Glycated hemoglobin(Hb A1c),Triglyceride(TG),Total cholesterol(TC),High-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),Low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),blood pressure,Urinary albumin creatinine ratio(UACR),24 hour microalbuminuria(24hmAlb),Urinary total protein(U-TP),Serum Creatinine(Scr),Blood urea nitrogen(BUN),TCM syndrome scores,safety indexes were analyzed and compared with SPSS 22.0 statistical software.UACR、24hmAlb、U-TP、Scr、BUN,glyipid metabolic indicators,blood pressure,TCM syndrome score,safety indicators belong to the measurement data,put to use t test.Gender is the count data,put to useχ~2test.Clinical efficacy and comprehensive efficacy of TCM syndrome belong to the grade data,put to use rank test.Results 1 general data:Before treatment,there was no difference in sex,age,course of disease and observation indexes between the two groups(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.2 Laboratory indicators 1)renal function index(UAER、24hmAlb、U-TP、Scr、BUN):After treatment,the renal function index of both groups decreased,and there was clear difference among the two groups(P<0.05).The group of Yishen huayu Lishui decoction combined with Irbesartan was superior to the control group(P<0.05).2)Comparison of glycolipid metabolism indexes:After treatment,HDL-C in both groups was augmenter than that prior treatment(P<0.05),and other indexes were lower than that before,which was statistically significant.(P<0.05),and the effect of all indexes of Glucose and Lipid metabolism in test group was superior than that in matched group(P<0.05);3)Comparison of blood pressure:The blood pressure in both groups dramatic decline after treatment,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the test group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3 Comparison of TCM Syndrome Integral:After treatment,the indexes of the two groups dramatic decline(P<0.05).Between the two groups,the test group decreased obviously,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 Comparison of the curative effects of TCM syndromes:The total effective rate of the test group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(53.33%)(P<0.05);5 Comparison of comprehensive curative effects:The total effective rate of the test group(96.66%)was higher than that of the control group(66.66%).6 safety evaluation:liver function,blood routine and stool routine were not abnormal during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions 1 Yishen Huayu Lishui decoction combined with irbesartan tablets can effectively control blood sugar,blood pressure and regulate blood lipids.2 Yishen Huayu Lishui decoction combined with irbesartan tablets can reduce urine protein,protect kidney,thus delaying the progression of diabetic kidney disease.3 Yishen Huayu Lishui decoction combined with irbesartan tablets can significantly improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.4Yishen Huayu Lishui decoction combined with irbesartan tablets did not find obvious adverse reactions and side effects in this clinical trials.Figure 0;Table 24;Reference 147... |
