Based On The Idea Of "Blood Disadvantage Is Water",this Paper Discusses The Clinical Effect Of Simultaneous Treatment Of Blood And Water On Ovarian Endometriosis Cyst With Dampness And Blood Stasis

Objective: Based on the idea of " blood disadvantage is water " put forward in Zhang Zhongjing’s synopsis of the golden chamber,the blood and water are treated together,and the modified Zhitong tiaoxue fang is applied to treat the patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst with dampness and blood stasis,so as to explore its clinical efficacy and enrich the theoretical research of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide a new treatment idea and method for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: The patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst with syndrome differentiation of dampness and blood stasis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The subjects began to take medicine on the first day after menstruation.They shared medicine for 14 days in each menstrual cycle.They stopped taking medicine at menstrual tide for 3 months.The experimental group was given modified Zhitong tiaoxue recipe and the control group was given Guizhi Fuling Capsule.The TCM syndrome score,VAS score,maximum diameter of cyst,serum CA125 level were observed before and after treatment.Results: 1.The clinical effective rate of modified Zhitong Tiaoxue recipe in the treatment of patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst was 82.76%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(55.17%)(P<0.05).2.The effective rate of modified Zhitong tiaoxue recipe in the treatment of TCM syndromes in patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst was 89.66%,which was significantly different from that in the control group(62.07%)(P<0.05).3.The experimental group was better than the control group in improving TCM syndrome score,VAS score,maximum diameter of ovarian endometriosis cyst and serum CA125 level(P<0.05),the efficacy was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Based on the idea of " blood disadvantage is water ",the same treatment of blood and water,the application of addition and subtraction of analgesic blood adjustment can improve the clinical symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of OEC patients,reduce the size of ovarian endometriosis cysts,reduce the serum CA125 level of patients,and there are no obvious adverse reactions,patient compliance is good,clinical loss rate is low,can improve the quality of life of patients.
