At present,the phenomenon of "Three Long and One Short" is very prominent,which clearly shows the difficulty of getting medical service for patients.In order to improve the current medical service process and the efficiency and quality of medical service,it is urgent to improve the management and service of the hospital process.Firstly,this thesis introduces the process optimization theory at home and abroad and its application in medical industry,so as to provide theoretical basis for X hospital process optimization.Secondly,through the process analysis tools,the thesis makes a detailed analysis of the outpatient service in X hospital and expounds the problems existing in the outpatient clinic of X hospital from two aspects of hospital management and process problems.Thirdly,the optimization target of X hospital is put forward and the optimization method of X hospital outpatient process is designed by using the theory tool of process optimization,at the same time the expected results are analyzed.Finally,this thesis puts forward measures to ensure the optimization scheme can be successfully implemented.The main measures are the support of all the staff especially the management,strengthen the construction of information technology and promote the construction of the patient centered hospital organizational culture.In addition,it also points out the shortcomings existing in the current organization structure of X hospital and puts forward to build a process oriented organizational structure to provide organizational structure for process optimization gradually.Through the study of this thesis,this thesis is expected to provide a reference for the domestic hospitals in the implementation process optimization.
