Research On The Design Of Blood Donors-oriented Information Service System

This thesis takes the blood stations and the network platform in Wuxi City as the research object to discuss a new concept from the theoretical aspect:"the design of the blood donors-oriented blood donation information service system". It makes use of new information technology and integrates the concept of the information service design and system design as well as the design strategy and design practice so as to optimize the donors-oriented blood stations and network information service platform in Wuxi, which can satisfy the donors’need of information about health and science and also provide more comprehensive and abundant information service experience.It is found that there are contradictions and differences between the current design and blood donation information service and the concept of donor-oriented blood donation service through the comparative analysis of the situation of the blood stations and the network platform blood donation service in Wuxi and the design of blood donation information service. Thus, it is proposed that the design of future blood donation information service needs to be closely integrated with the service contact points (information content and form as well as the contact with blood donors).Through the method of field observation, user interviews and questionnaire survey, this thesis analyzes the information content, the form of passing information the service process and the demand of blood donors so as to summarize the deficiency of the information service contact points in the process of blood donation. Moreover, the issues selected are ranked according to the priorities of the contact points, based on which the pain points of the blood donors’demand are transformed to the design points. Thus the purpose and direction of design is finally identified. The author hopes to construct the information service system framework and conduct service design from the perspective of PC and mobile terminal interface. The scene of blood donors is used to determine the design scheme and verify the feasibility of the design strategy. The starting point of such service design is to take the common demand of blood donors in interface design into consideration and fully embody the blood donors-oriented concept.The constructing strategies of the new information service system are:to integrate the provision of the related blood donors oriented information and simplify the integration section while adding new function so as to highlight the information for the blood donors to search; to enhance the usability of interactive interface and recognition, enrich visual perception experience, and promote information visualization to improve the use experience of blood donors by using good interactive; to boost multi-interrelating by various kinds of sharing and incentives so as to promote positive energy of blood donation for the share of socialized information and provide more diversified incentive mechanism by connecting more participants, which can provide consultation services and lead to close contact between blood donors and blood stations; to provide the main instant design push so as to further strengthen the information confidential mechanism and promote the credibility of blood donation service by improving the initiative and security mechanism of information.Through the research, the author draws the conclusion that the use of information technology is bound to produce big innovation and influence for the future information service system. Blood donors would transform the passive receiver in the process of traditional blood donation to the active participant in the blood donation. In such a process of new service, blood donation will definitely become sensible and active as a result of the abundant information and reasonable design, which will make the words "donating blood is glorious" gain more and more popularity rather than a simple slogan.
