| In recent years,with the rapid growth of China’s national economy and the continuous improvement of people’s consumption level,the domestic dental industry has developed rapidly,and there is great room for improvement in the penetration rate of orthodontics.Based on the theory of Service design,this topic explores the online orthodontic service system for young people.While meeting user needs,enhancing user experience and oral health awareness,it also enhances user activity and forms social stickiness,effectively enhancing the value of the service system,and achieving rapid promotion of the service system.Combining the professionalization of orthodontic treatment with emotionalization to create a universal one-stop online orthodontic service system,filling the gap in the design of the "Internet+orthodontic" service process.Taking Orthodontic Planet as an example,this topic reviewed the relevant literature of youth orthodontic service,combed the relevant theories of Service design,as the theoretical support of design practice.Through preliminary and on-site research,taking the problems in orthodontic services as the starting point,explore user needs,understand the service process of orthodontics in China,and analyze domestic and foreign orthodontic platforms and service cases.Using quantitative and qualitative research methods,analyze target user behavior using fishbone diagrams,then create user profiles,draw user journey maps,analyze pain points in current youth orthodontic services,and plan service systems.Conduct research and visual analysis through methods such as stakeholders,service system diagrams,service blueprints,and business canvases to identify design opportunities and explore relevant design directions.On the basis of pain point analysis,functional transformation was carried out to complete the design of the "Orthodontic Planet" software product and We Chat public platform,draw the brand IP of "Orthodontic Planet",design derivatives and marketing posters,and enrich visual expression. |
