Research On Mobile Medical Product Service System Based On Service Design Theory

The development of mobile Internet technology has greatly facilitated people's basic necessities, and improved people's living standards. The maternity examination service system, aimed to provide maternity check-up service for pregnant women, has also been affected by it. Pregnant women of this system pay great emphasis on the service level and user experience, while the current situation is that the existing means of service cannot satisfy various needs of them. Therefore, meeting the ever-increasing and ever-changing demand of pregnant women under the new environment has become the focus of this paper.Based on the theory of service design, this paper first analyzes the existing maternity check-up system, digs people's demand for the system, and systematically researches and analyzes the maternity checkout system by means of user interview and field investigation. Secondly, according to the methods and principles of service design, the paper makes a detailed analysis of the target users, service flow and contact point in the maternity examination system, followed by the proposition of new service process and contact point. Then, according to the result of optimization, the blueprint of the service of the maternity examination system is drawn, and the service strategies of maternity examination and seizure service system are put forward. Finally, taking the "1 check-in" maternity check-up system as an example, this paper puts the above strategies into practice, and makes a service prototype of maternity check-up system, with the purpose of proving the feasibility of the proposed strategies as well as their commercial value.
