| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tong Tong Decoction for children with constipation (stagnation of the spleen and stomach), and to evaluate its efficacy and safety, and to expand the treatment of children’s constipation (spleen and stomach stasis type).Methods:80 cases of constipation in children with constipation were selected. The 80 patients were the First Affiliated Hospital of TCM in Heilongjiang, and the patients were in the outpatient department of Pediatrics between December 01 and ～2014. Children with children with functional constipation of the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine; in line with the traditional Chinese medicine stagnation milk food product certificate of diagnosis; age ranging from 4 to 12 years of age, which 48 cases were male,32 cases were female. The children were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in the treatment group and 40 cases in the control group. There were no significant differences in gender, age, clinical symptoms and signs between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). Treatment group:the self-made traditional Chinese medicine laxative Decoction group:Six Divine Comedy coke hawthorn, coke, fried malt, roasted semen Raphani, fried chicken’s gizzard skin, woody, bran fried Fructus aurantii Immaturus, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Fructus Forsythiae, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, fructus cannabis, Rehmannia each bag, warm boiled water.4 years ～6 year old 1/2, a day two times; 6 year old ～12 year old 1 per day, two times a day.2 weeks for 1 courses. According to the children can change the amount of drug as appropriate. Tong Tang by the composition of Jiang Tian Jiang Chinese herbal granules. (Jiangyin Jiangsu City, Jiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.). Control group:the use of sea dry emulsion of oral, aged 6 to 4 years of age 1 bags, a day 2 times; 6 to 12 years old children once 2 bags,2 times a day. Take 2 weeks after mixing boiling water.. Sea buckthorn granules, preparation of emulsion for Shaanxi Haitian Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. approval number: Zhunzi B20021064. After two weeks treatment, according to the symptoms of quantitative Fu and efficacy of the treatment to determine the efficacy of the standard, compared with the treatment group and the control group. Recurrence rate was followed for 2 weeks after the course of disease. Processing experimental data with SPSS19.0.Results:1.the total effective rate was 1 in the treatment group and 67.5% in the control group,92.5%. The effect of P<0.05 on constipation in children was better than that in control group by statistics.2. the children in the treatment group did not find the obvious adverse reaction, which showed that the decoction had the higher safety.3. the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 16.67%, the recurrence rate of the control group was 75%. The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Tong Tong Tang for children with constipation (stagnation of the spleen and stomach type) clinical efficacy is good, did not find a significant adverse reaction, and delay the recurrence of childhood constipation.
