Review Of Literature On Functional Constipation In Children And Clinical Observation Of Changqing Prescription In Treating Children’s Functional Constipation(Food Retention And Intra-heat Type)

Objective:1.Through the search and review of the literature on functional constipation in children in the past 10 years,to understand the research status of functional constipation in children,to summarize the distribution,treatment and medication rules of functional syndrome of children,and to select the functional constipation of children and Medication provides a theoretical basis and expands clinical thinking to better guide clinical practice.2.Clinical study: Observing the clinical efficacy of Changqing Recipe in the treatment of constipation in children(intra-intestinal fever syndrome).Methods:1.Literature review: Through a search of 216 articles on children’s functional constipation in the past decade,a retrospective literature study on the distribution and treatment of TCM syndrome types in children with functional constipation was conducted.2.Clinical study: 72 cases of children with fever-induced constipation in the pediatric outpatient department of Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December2017 to December 2018.The control group(36 cases)was given B.subtilis granules(Mummy love),and the treatment group(36 cases)was treated with Changqing prescription.The two groups were treated for 7 days for a total of 4 courses.At the 2nd,4th,and 8th week after treatment,the symptoms and TCM syndromes of children with heat-induced constipation were observed.Result:1.Literature review: Through retrospective literature research on functional constipation in children,it is concluded that the inner heat type of food is the most common TCM syndrome type for children with constipation,followed by the food accumulation syndrome,spleen deficiency and weak syndrome,spleen deficiency syndrome,oral decoction is the most commonly used.The treatment.2.Clinical study: 1 Comparison between the difference between the treatment group and the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the fecal traits,defecation pain,lip redness,facial redness and tongue quality were compared before and after treatment.P< 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;at 4 weeks of treatment,the TCM group in the treatment group before and after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the TCM symptoms in the two groups at 8 weeks of treatment: urinary yellow,stomach sodium,nightingale,pulse,tongue,tongue coating before and after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2 The treatment group and the control group total score group comparison: control group before treatment and 1 week after treatment,2 weeks after treatment,3 weeks after treatment,4 weeks after treatment,2 weeks after drug withdrawal,P <0.05,The difference was statistically significant.The treatment group was compared with 1 week after treatment,2 weeks after treatment,3 weeks after treatment,4 weeks after treatment,and 2 weeks after drug withdrawal,P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.There were 36 cases in 3 Changqingfang treatment group,including 1 case of clinical cure,8 cases of marked effect,26 cases of effective,1 case of ineffectiveness,total effective rate of 97%;36 cases of control group,including 0 cases of clinical recovery,markedly effective For example,34 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 94%.The difference between the two groups was P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The internal heat type of food is the most common TCM syndrome type for constipation in children,followed by the food accumulation syndrome,spleen deficiency and weak syndrome,and spleen deficiency syndrome.Oral decoction is the most commonly used treatment for constipation.2.Changqingfang and Bacillus subtilis bifidobacteria granules(Mummy love)have therapeutic effects on pediatric functional constipation(heating in food).Changqing prescription is better than Bacillus subtilis granules(Mummy love)),can significantly improve the main symptoms of constipation such as dry stool,pain in bowel movements,difficulty in defecation,and reduce the recurrence rate.3.Changqingfang and Bacillus subtilis bifidobacteria granules(Mummy love)have a relief effect on constipation.Among them,Changqing prescription has better curative effect,especially for children with heat-induced constipation,urinary yellow and stomach sodium.,nightingale,pulse,tongue,tongue and other secondary diseases have a mitigating effect.4.Changqing Recipe can significantly improve the pain and pain caused by constipation,which reflects the characteristics of Changqing Fang’s “elimination,clearing,clearing and moistening”,focusing on smoothing the air machine and Liuyitongjiang.It is an effective prescription for treating constipation in children.
