Clinical Observation On Acupoint Injection Of Danshen Injection For Adjuvant Treatment Of Arteriosclerosis Obliterans Of Lower Limbs

Objective:Observe the improvement of clinical symptoms of patients with ASO by acupoint injection of Danshen injection.To evaluate the overall curative effect of acupoint injection therapy and compare it with conventional acupuncture treatment programs,so as to further evaluate the feasibility and safety of acupoint injection of Danshen injection in the treatment of ASO.Methods:The cases of the subject were derived from a total of 80 patients who were diagnosed with ASO and met the inclusion criteria in the Department of Peripheral Vascular Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to February 2021,and use random number method to divide all patients into the group randomly into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The basic treatment method for the two groups of patients was intravenous injection of Ginkgo biloba extract and safflower yellow pigment for 21 consecutive days.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group used conventional acupuncture on both sides of Zusanli,Xuehai,and Yinling Spring.On the basis of basic treatment,the treatment group used bilateral injection of Danshen injection at Zusanli,Xuehai,and Yinlingquan points on both sides.After 21 days of treatment in both groups,compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients and various indicators before and after the treatment were analyzed to evaluate the efficacy of acupoint injection of Danshen injection in the treatment of ASO.Results:1.The improvement of clinical symptoms of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans in the treatment group using acupoint injection was significantly better than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.50%,and the apparent effective rate was 70%.The total effective rate of the control group was 92.50%,the apparent effective rate was 30%,there is a significant difference in curative effect between the two groups after treatment;2.The treatment group was better than the control group in terms of clinical symptoms,ABI,bilateral foot and calf skin temperature,and blood rheology;3.In the whole course of the research and treatment of this subject,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients.Conclusion:1.Both treatment methods can reduce the syndrome scores of patients with ASO,improve the patient’s bilateral ABI,the skin temperature of both lower limbs and calves,and improve the hemodynamic changes of both lower limbs;2.The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Danshen acupoint injection is better than conventional acupuncture treatment,and it is better than conventional acupuncture treatment in terms of clinical symptom improvement.It has high safety and is suitable for clinical development.
