To provide theory basis on finding the degree of cervical malignant and the new method provides theoretical basis for the treatment of cervical carcinoma.Method:Immunohistochemical method was used in detecting CD24 in cervical carcinoma(n=40), cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(n=35), normal cervical tissue(n=20).Results:The positive rates of CD24 expression were 5.00% in normal cervix, and with 42.9% of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,90% of cervical carcinoma respectively, which showed statistically different significances (P<0.05). The expression of CD24 in G1-3tumor group was 70%〠90%ã€100% respectively, which showed statistically different significances (P<0.05).CD24 protein was mainly localized at cellular membrane and cytoplasm of malignant cell (positive case was 36), in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) (positive cases was 15), but it no case expressed in normal cervical tissue(n=20).The positive rate of CD24 in cervical carcinoma was no correlation with the pathologic grade, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P>0.05).Conclusions:1.The expression of CD24 was significantly higher in cervical carcinoma and CIN than in normal cervical tissue.2.The high expression of CD24 is extremely associated with in G1-3tumor group in cervical carcinoma.3. The high expression of CD24 is extremely no associated with tumor cells differentiation and invasion in cervical carcinoma.4.CD24 may become the diagnosis of cervical carcinoma and as cervical cancer targeted therapy provides a new train of thought. | Keywords/Search Tags: | CD24, cervical carcinoma, immunohistochemistry | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
