Objection:To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of the two methods of acupuncture and oral vinpocetine tablets in treatment of neurogenic tinnitus of qi stagnation and blood stasis type and that influence on related indicators to hemarheology. Methods:In accordance with randomized controlled principle, the 40 neurogenic tinnitus of qi’ stagnation and blood stasis type cases that were conform with this study should be divided into a treatment group and a control group of 20 people. The treatment group was treated by acupuncture once a day, every time 30 minutes. The control group was treated by oral vinpocetine tablets, each time 5mg,after meals, three times a day.10-days was a course of treatment for both two groups. And there were 2 courses of treatment, each treatment course interval of 5 days rest.Recording the tinnitus severity score of the two groups of patients before and after the treatment,as well as blood viscosity under different shear rates, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, fibrinogen values.Trough the collected data, using SPSS 18.0 Statistical Analysis Software for data processing.According to the result of analysis, comparing the clinical efficacy and the influence on related indicators to hemarheology between the two groups.Results:1. Both of the two treatments can improve the patient’s symptoms of tinnitus:The treatment group had 2 cure cases,8 markedly effective cases,7 effective cases,3 noneffective cases and the total effective rate was 85%;The control group had 1 cure case,3 markedly effective cases, 12 effective cases,5 noneffective cases and the total effective rate was 75%.There has been significant difference in TSS of the two groups of patients before and after the treatment (p <0.01).There was no significant difference in overall effect between the two groups (P> 0.05).2. There has been significant difference in blood viscosity under different shear rates, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, fibrinogen of the two groups of patients before and after the treatment (P<0.01).The blood viscosity under 200/s and 1/s shear rates, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, fibrinogen between the two groups had no significant difference after the treatment(P> 0.05).The blood viscosity under 50/s shear rates, plasma viscosity between the two groups had significant difference after the treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. The two methods of acupuncture and oral vinpocetine tablets are both effective in treatment of neurogenic tinnitus of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.2. The two methods of acupuncture and oral vinpocetine tablets can both reduce the blood viscosity under different shear rates, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, fibrinogen of neurogenic tinnitus of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. But acupuncture in reducing the blood viscosity under 50/s shear rates, plasma viscosity is better than oral vinpocetine tablets.
