Clinical Observation On Tinnitus Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome By Acupoint Injection With Acupuncture Therapy

ObjectiveBased on the clinical and trial study of subjective tinnitus patients of qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome,compare the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy and acupoint injection with acupuncture therapy on patients with tinnitus,and provide effective reference value for traditional Chinese medicine on subjective tinnitus.MethodsBased on the diagnostic criteria of the disease,60 cases of subjective tinnitus patients of qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome were collected in acupuncture clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group and there were 30 cases in each groud.The treatment group were treated by acupoint injection combined with acupuncture,using salvia miltiorrhiza injection on Tinggong(SI19)、Fengchih(GB20)and Ermen(SJ21)、Wangu(GB12)in affected side by alternation at the end of the routine acupuncture treatment,each acupuncture point injection of 0.2~0.5 ml.The control group were treated by acupuncture.The main points selected Tinggong(SI19)、Tinghui(GB2)、Yifeng(SJ17)in affected side and Waiguan(TE5)and Xuehai(SP10)of two sides with conventional acupuncture.Two groups of patients were treated three times a week and 12 treatments were completed in 4 weeks,the duration of the treatment was greater than 1 day.Before treatment the gender,age,course and tinnitus severity score of the two groups were collected.The tinnitus severity score and the results of clinical curative effect evaluation were collected at 4 weeks after treatment and the end of a month follow-up after treatment.The clinical curative effectof two groups was compared through analyzing datas by SPSS19.0 statistical software.ResultsThrough analyzing datas of the two groups before treatment,in the treatment group,there 18 males,12 females,and each 15 person in the control group.The average age of the treatment group was 43.56 years old and the control group was 45.13 years old.The mean duration of the treatment group was 6.30 months and the control group was 5.49 months.The treatment group had an average tinnitus severity score of 13.52 and 12.31 in the control group.Compare with gender,age,duration and severity score of tinnitus of the two groups,the diagnostic standards have no statistical significance(P>0.05)and they are comparable.After treatment the severity score of tinnitus of the treatment group was8.32±2.35 and 4.45±1.30 in pretherapy and post-treatment.The control group was 10.45±3.24 and 2.76±0.94.Compared with the severity score of tinnitus of the two groups before and after treatment,after treatment and in pretherapy and post-treatment,the diagnostic standards had statistical significance(P<0.05).The two groups both can reduce the severity score of tinnitus and there were difference in the severity score of tinnitus after treatment and the effect of two groups of lower score.In the treatment group after treatment,6 cases were cured,9 cases had apparent results,10 cases had effective results,the total effective rate was 83.33%.In control group,3 cases were cured,5 cases had apparent results,11 cases had effective results and 11 had no effects and the total effective rate was 63.33%.Compared with the efficacy of the two groups,the diagnostic standard had statistical significance(P<0.05),the total efficiency of treatment group was higher than control group.ConclusionIn the study,both acupuncture therapy and acupoint injection combined with acupuncture therapy for patients with subjective tinnitus of qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome have certain curative effect.Acupoint injection combined with acupuncture therapy effectively reduces tinnitus patients with the severity score of tinnitus,improves the overall curative effect,the clinical symptoms and the quality of life in patients with tinnitus.All are superior to acupuncture therapy.Acupoint injection combined with acupuncturetherapy is simple,easy to operate,more effective and lasting treatment of patients with subjective tinnitus.It provides reference for clinical treatment of tinnitus and is worth popularizing effectively.
