Objective:In this experiment,tinnitus patients with liver-qi stagnation type were selected,and the difference in the clinical efficacy of pressing acupuncture combined with Shuganzhiming Decoction in the treatment of tinnitus and Citicoline Sodium Tablets combined with Vincamine Sustained-Release Capsules in the treatment of tinnitus was studied to observe the clinical efficacy of pressing acupuncture combined with Shuganzhiming Decoction in the treatment of tinnitus.Clinical effect of Ganzhiming decoction in the treatment of tinnitus,and provide evidence-based medicine for the combined use of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tinnitus.Methods:Sixty patients with liver-qi stagnation type tinnitus who met the inclusion criteria were selected and included in the clinical study,and they were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with30 cases in both groups.The experimental group was treated by pressing acupuncture combined with Shugan Zhiming decoction.The pressing acupuncture was applied for 24 hours each time,once a day at intervals,and the Shugan Zhiming Decoction was made into a traditional Chinese medicine decoction.The control group was treated with Citicoline Sodium Tablets combined with Vincamine Sustained-Release Capsules,Citicoline Sodium Tablets,3 times a day,2 tablets each time,Vincamine Sustained-Release Capsules,2 times a day,each time 1 capsule.The scores of the Tinnitus Evaluation Scale(TEQ),Tinnitus Impairment Inventory(THI),and TCM Typical Symptom Scale were collected before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.The curative effect was evaluated according to the tinnitus evaluation scale(TEQ)score changes before and after treatment.Recovery: the tinnitus disappeared completely;markedly effective: the severity of tinnitus was reduced by 2 or more grades;effective: the severity of tinnitus was reduced by 1 grade;ineffective: tinnitus The degree does not change.Statistical analysis SPSS26.0 statistical analysis software was used to analyze the collected data,to evaluate the differences in various aspects before and after treatment between the two groups of patients,and draw conclusions.result:1.General situation: According to the analysis results of the general baseline situation of the two groups of patients,there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).2.TEQ and THI scores before treatment: Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the scores of the two scales between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in the basic conditions of the two groups of patients before treatment.difference.3.TEQ and THI scores after treatment: both the experimental group and the control group were effective in reducing the TEQ and THI scores(P<0.05);the experimental group was better than the control group in reducing the total TEQ and THI scores(P<0.05).0.05);in terms of the duration of tinnitus,the effect on sleep,the effect on mood,and the severity of tinnitus in TEQ,the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);the functional score(F),severity score(C),and affective score(E)of THI in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.Group.4.Score of typical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of typical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine between the two groups(P>0.05).The curative effect of each item was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the curative effect between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).5.The total effective rate: 86.67% in the experimental group and 70.0%in the control group.Conclusion:The clinical effect of pressing acupuncture combined with Shugan Zhiming decoction in the treatment of tinnitus is better than that of citicoline sodium tablets combined with vincamine sustained-release capsules in the treatment of tinnitus.
