Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Jianxin Granule on the patients who belong to Qi Deficiency Blood Stasis and Water Stop Syndrome with HFpEF,and compared the effects before and after the treatment with clinical symptoms,signs,traditional Chinese medicine symptom curative effect,Syndrome integral,BNP,cardiac function,improvement of the scale scores of MLHFQ and echocardiography relevant indicators,Objective evaluation of the therapeutical effect of HFpEF.To provide the basis of traditional Chinese medicine to improve quality of life of heart failure patients,and find new ideas,new methods to treat HFpEF.Methods:1.In the clinical study,Randomized principles,60cases HFpEF patients of outpatient and hospitalization were divided into control group and experimental group,Each set of 30 people,and all of the selected cases met the inclusion and exclusion criteria,The control group was treated only by conventional western medicine,while the experimental group was treated by conventional western medicine added to Jianxin Granule which is the second people’s hospital of hospital preparations in fujian province.one package is ten g,take three times each day, Six weeks was a course of treatment.2,Observed the changes before and after the treatment of clinical curative effect,Chinese medicine syndrome integral, cardiac function,BNP,and make statistics processing.3.60 HFpEF patients were examined by routine ultrasonic cardiography and tissue Doppler imaging of mitral valve annular by the constant ultrasonic cardiography doctor.Record the observation indexs of ultrasonic cardiography including LA(left atrium),LVEF(left ventricular ejection fraction),E(mitral valve E peak)/A(mitral valve E peak) and early diastolic velocity of mitral annulus(e) and ratio of the mitral inflow E wave to the tissue Doppler e wave(E/e) were observed,and make statistics processing.4.Observe the improvement of the evaluation of MLHFQ scores,and make statistics Processing.Results:The control group and experimental group could reduce the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral and improve the traditional Chinese medicine symptom curative effect,CComparing the two groups in terms of the efficacy in treating symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine,The effective rate of experimental group was 86.7%,and the control group was 73.3%,the experimental group was better than control group,P<0.05;The control group and experimental group can improve cardiac function,Comparing the two groups of cardiac function in curative effect evaluation,The effective rate of experimental group was 90%,and the control group was 83.3%,the experimental group was better than control group,P<0.05;Both the control group and the experimental group shown significant difference in BNP,LA,E/A,E/e,and EF between before and after treatment.The improvement of experimental group was superior to the control group,P<0.05;Comparing with the improvement of MLHFQ scale scores,both the two groups shown significant difference between before and after treatment,P<0.05.The improvement of MLHFQ scores of the experimental group was superior to the control group, P<0.05.Conclusions:1.Jianxin Granule can improve the clinical symptoms,signs,Chinese medicine symptom curative effect and Efficacy of cardiac function of the patients who belong to Qi Deficiency Blood Stasis and Water Stop Syndrome with HFpEF.2.Jianxin Granule can reduce scrum BNP level,improve the echocardiography relevant indicators of the patients who belong to Qi Deficiency Blood Stasis and Water Stop Syndrome with HFpEF,such as LA,EF,E/A and E/e,which means improving left ventricle diastolic function.3.Jianxin Granule can improve the quality of life of the patients who belong to Qi Deficiency Blood Stasis and Water Stop Syndrome with HFpEF.4.There is not obvious adverse reactions in the application process of the Jianxin Granule,which is with good security.
