To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Gui Qi Hu Xin Soup In The Treatment Of Heart Failure With Preserved Ejection Fraction(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)and Its Effect On Estradiol

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Gui Qi Hu Xin soup in the treatment of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)and its effect on estradiol.Methods:A total of 60 patients diagnosed as heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)in the first department of the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.On the basis of treatment in the control group,the treatment group add Gui Qi Hu Xin soup per day.Treated for 4 weeks.Observe the clinical efficacy and the change of estradiol level before and after treatment.Results:1.TCM symptom score change:the scores of the 2 groups are decreased after treatment,the treatment group is more obvious than the control group.The comparison between the groups has significant statistical difference(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the control group is60.0%,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 90.0%,the comparison between the groups has significant statistical difference(P < 0.05).The treament group’s TCM syndrome is improved better.2.The improvement of left ventricular diastolic function grade:The effective rate of the control group is 43.3%,the effective rate of the treatment group is 73.3%.The treatment group’s efficacy of left ventricular diastolic function is better than the control group.The comparison between the groups has significant statistical difference(P< 0.05).3.The 6 minute walking test:The walking distance of the 2 groups are both decreased after treatment,the treatment group is more obvious than the control group,the comparison between the groups has significant statistical difference(P< 0.05).4.The estradiol level change:The estradiol level change of the control group is not obvious,the treatment group increased more obvious than the control group with significant difference(P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.Gui Qi Hu Xin soup can reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)and improve their clinical symptoms.2.Gui Qi Hu Xin soup can improve the left ventricular diastolic function,increase the distance of 6MWT,and improve the estradiol level of patients of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).
