Performancemanagement, the ultimate goal is to play to the public welfare of the grass-roots hospitalsto meet the basic medical needs of the people, to solve the problem of medical treatmentis difficult and expensive to achieve the requirements of the new health care reform onthe primary hospital, as well as to improve the competitiveness of the hospital andmedical strength, improve staff work capacity and technical level, better health careservices for the public.
