Purpose Implemented in the Chongqing public hospital reform,accelerate the construction of couplet of the classification system and the medical this special period,early know the basic present situation of grassroots health personnel in Chongqing today,probe into the current Chongqing outstanding problems existing in the grassroots health talent team construction and the key problem,and according to the analysis results are put forward in accordance with the actual situation of Chongqing and development trend of countermeasure and the suggestion,for grass-roots health institutions in Chongqing introduction,retain and cultivate highly qualified medical personnel,to reassure their work at the grassroots level,to provide satisfactory to the health of the local people's medical service.Methods The data from Chongqing statistical yearbook of health statistics were used to analyze the overall change trend of the number structure of grassroots health talents in Chongqing from 2015 to 2018.Based on the Gini coefficient and Theil index,the distribution equity of primary health workers in population and geographical area in Chongqing was analyzed.Using stratified random cluster sampling method to extract 52 grassroots medical institutions of medical personnel in Chongqing,the questionnaire survey to understand the Chongqing grassroots medical staff work pressure,job satisfaction,turnover intention,and so on and so forth,and explore its influence factor,the influence factors of turnover will analysis using multiple linear regression,job satisfaction,job stress is using single factor analysis.Results The research results show that there are still some problems in the construction of grassroots health personnel in Chongqing.There is a shortage of nursing staff at the grassroots level,and the team of general practitioners still needs to be expanded.The number of grassroots medical visits increased,and the workload of health personnel was heavy.Uneven distribution of health human resources at the grass-roots level;Lack of high-level talents in primary health and medical institutions;The working pressure of grassroots health talents is great,and their job satisfaction needs to be improved.The willingness of grass-roots health personnel to quit should be taken seriously.Countermeasures Strengthen the social support and broaden channels for attracting talents;Raise salary appropriately,perfect fair distribution and incentive system;Improve the quality of medical staff at the grass-roots level and set up special channels for promotion of professional titles;Strengthen and improve the cultivation and training of community-level health professionals.
