Research And Analysis On Information Management System Of Scientific Research Achievements In Dawn Vocational University

The rapid growth of intelligent campus program is boosting the informatization construction in colleges and universities. A great number of colleges and universities are studying on improving efficient management via modern computer information technology. The traditional manual management of the scientific research information in higher education couldn’t meet the demand of promptness and convenience of management in the era of Big Data.With the background of scientific research management in Liming Vocational University, established in 1984, this paper conducts in-depth analysis on the existing management process through object oriented method in software engineering.At first, this paper makes an introduction to the research background and the project significance of the scientific research information management system in Liming Vocational University, illustrates the present situation of research and application of similar systems and points out the main research content of this paper. Through in-depth review of existing management process, expounds the existing problems and puts forward the transformed and optimized scheme using the new method.The overall function package diagram of system and sub-function package diagram of management are given in this paper in accordance with the business functional analysis; the data required in each function of the system are analyzed using entity class diagram and functional modeling are established such as a storage database table structure etc. Main system functions are also given including the functions of teachers’result online declaration, information registry and inquiry statistics, audition and reward on teachers’ result, basic information management and system management functions and so on. Finally, the paper makes a summary of the research and puts forward a further and improved research content.
