Therefore, a automation intelligent control system of addicts is expected to come out, which can bring convince to the compulsory rehabilitation centers with functions as follows:the in/out management of addicts, addicts rehabilitation management, addicts tracking management, publicly display of the effect of drug treatment, information display, users management, etc. The creation of control software of addicts can make it easy to control, manage and analyze all the information in the daily work of the compulsory rehabilitation centers by providing intelligence service.This paper introduces the background, significance and overseas and domestic research status of developing an automation intelligent control system of addicts, and clarifies the research contents and main work. In business analysis, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the original business systems, organization, and the original business process, and provides the after-transforming business processes.
