Since2003, domestic universities rapid enrollment, which has led a substantial increasing of graduates in the job market and has created a great pressure of competition. Employment in major colleges and universities are also facing unprecedented challenges.The traditional employment methods and means inefficiency, poor interaction. Information can not be updated and shared immediately. To promote employment of graduates, building a school, business, graduate three exchange information platform is essential.The paper introduces the research background and project significance and other similar applications of East China Jiaotong University graduate employment information management systems.It defined the content and main thesis.In business analysis, the paper analyzes the problems of the system and the organization and the existing business processes.Further more, it given business processes which transformed.In functional analysis, the thesis clear function of the system, given the structure of the overall function of the system architecture and functional modules through the data stream analysis and data dictionary.They include graduate information management, enterprise information management, recruitment management, College Graduates management, public employment information management, user management modules.In the data analysis, the paper analyzes the data of each function of the system need to be addressed and gives the E-R diagram and establishes a database table structure-Finally, the paper summarizes the research results and analysis and further work.
