Research And Analysis On Audit Management System Of Fundamental Project In Qianxinan County

With the development of information technology, many industries have begun introducing computer technique. However, Qianxinan Prefecture Bureau of audit is still using the traditional audit methods in auditing progress. This will make the audit resources can not be rational and effective utilized. For the further development and growing, we need to improve the audit business system. The system proposed in this paper is based on the National Audit Bureau of Qianxinan base project audit present situation. And this system use a object-oriented thinking in the analysis and design.First of all, this paper introduces the audit bureau of Qianxinan Prefecture which bases audit project management system and this paper’s research background and significance, current application situation and current situation of research on this subject. And then, this paper expounds the design target of the main work and research. Secondly, using the software engineering principle and method which has been carried on the system demand analysis. In business analysis, the problems of the system, the organization, the original business processes are also analyzed in this paper. Besides, it also uses activity diagram which is given after the transformation of the business process. In the functional analysis, the paper through the use case analysis and use case description, the system function, the overall function of the system are given and the sub function diagram package diagram, including project management, audit data acquisition conversion, audit analysis, audit inspection, audit results, the system management module package diagram. In the data analysis, this paper on the function of the system needs to process the data of the analysis, the entity relationship diagram, the establishment of the database table structure. Finally this paper gives a summary of the research, analysis of the work and the further plan about this work.This thesis has completed the overall design of the system, and this work has given a great foundation for the future of the development of the system and research.
