| The development of China Railway has entered the information age. Railway budget management system need to be actively designed and developed, which is an important part of the information construction of China Railway. Office budget is one of the important functions of the financial management. Currently the joint venture railway office budget mainly takes low effectiveness of artificial management. So it’s important to research and set up a new office budget system to meet the need of the enterprise’s development. And advanced computer technology should be urgently used to take instead of manual.In this paper, the joint venture railway office budget system based on object oriented thinking was analyzed and modeled. The system not only includes the whole process from preliminary preparation to completion, but also the adjustment in the process of implementation. It can be mainly divided into five functional modules: draft budget written, draft budget analysis, draft budget submit and approval, budget action program implementation and assessment, budget action program adjustment, system management. In this article, In the paper, th joint venture railway office budget system was carried on by the detailed demand analysis, including business requirement analysis, function demand analysis and data analysis. The business procedure was especially introduced in details, and the flow chat was worked out. The functional requirements were role analysis, cases analysis in function requirement analysis, and provided detailed system unction diagram. The concept map and thumbnail was provided according to the relationships between the requirements of systems in data analysis, presented the system entity class relationship chat and established a database structure and database table.In the end, the potential problems and solutions for what to do in system was presented, and an overview on the system task in the future was given. |
